Many people have this notion; there are many ways to Heaven. We hear about different theologies that instruct us to follow a list of regulations that will enable us to go to Heaven. Others believe that their "good" works will miraculously allow them to enter into Heaven someday. However, none of these are ways to Heaven. Jesus says that there is only one true way to eternal life. All other ways only lead to dead ends that, unfortunately, will only lead people to Hell. These "ways" are tools that the devil uses to mislead people from knowing the true way to Heaven. In this verse, Jesus plainly says that only by Him can a person have eternal life with a secure eternal destiny in Heaven. With this knowledge from God's Word, we should help others realize by showing them through the Bible that only by believing, trusting, and receiving Jesus can a person truly get to Heaven. There are many people in our lives that we cross paths with that we should always be like a road sign pointing souls to the true living way.
